We had a wonderful experience , with great value for the money. The location right by the river offered fine views, and the staff were genuinely friendly throughout our visit.

The room offered a fine river view. The bathroom layout was a bit cramped, and I occasionally heard noise from adjacent rooms, which affected my comfort. Good choice for a peaceful getaway, but some improvements in sound insulation would enhance the experience.

The location was marvellous, within walking distance of The Broads National Park. And the area was great, so close to Norfolk, the river and the downstairs communal areas. Consistently courteous staff and sensational breakfast with great river views that lived up to my expectations.

The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, with fabulous furnishings and unique decor that stood out. I also appreciated the additional accessories that enhanced my experience. The hotel's overall decor was beautifully executed, adding to the good ambiance everywhere I looked.

What a lovely getaway! The staff were friendly, and the food was really good-especially breakfast! Our room had a gorgeous river view, perfect for enjoying morning coffee. Only minor things could use a little TLC, but overall, it was a good experience worth every penny.

The bathroom facilities were outdated and unpleasant. I found the shower to be old, and the bathtub didn't function properly. Pet hair was left in the room, raising hygiene concerns and detracting from my overall comfort.

The hotel is great location near the river. I loved the cozy restaurant and bar area with a beautiful wood burner. Wendy, the owner, was charming and even upgraded us to a lovely balcony room. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

We stayed in the Beautiful Double Room with a balcony and river view. The room was spacious and so comfortable! It had a big bathroom with a Bluetooth mirror for music, a cool touch. The balcony was perfect for chilling and enjoying the views. Plus, the room was stocked with plenty of teas, coffees, and biscuits. Absolutely loved the powerful shower! Totally.
